Returns & refund policy

Returns, replacements or refunds are reviewed for eligible orders where the wrong product is delivered, the shipment is lost, or the product is received damaged. Customers should raise a request with supporting photographs within 48 hours of delivery unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Seed packs that have been opened cannot be returned, and claims based on germination outcome are assessed case by case.
